I'm a cat mom, coffee enthusiast, Broadway frequenter, and a Certified Functional Nutrition Coach through the Functional Nutrition Alliance. I've been in the fitness and wellness space since 2009.
Throughout my years of research and self-experimentation to fix my own health issues (IBS, anxiety, Hashimoto's, acne, body dysmorphia, and disordered eating), I always had the most success when working with a team of providers who truly understood my conditions.
It's my passion to be a guide for you on YOUR health journey!
What we eat, how we move, and the habits we stick to play a big role in how we feel—both physically and mentally. I’ve been there, feeling like my body was working against me, and I know how frustrating it can be.

Functional Nutrition goes beyond traditional nutrition protocols. It’s not just about counting calories, following meal plans, or addressing isolated symptoms—it's about understanding how your body uniquely interacts with food and uncovering the why behind what’s not working.
Unlike conventional approaches that often focus on quick fixes or one-size-fits-all recommendations, Functional Nutrition takes a deeper, more personalized look. I aim to get to the root cause of imbalances, whether it’s a lingering symptom, autoimmune condition (i.e., Hashimoto's), or something that’s keeping you from feeling your best.
This approach also recognizes that your body isn’t a collection of separate parts. Every system—digestion, hormones, immune function, and more—is interconnected. Functional Nutrition looks at the whole picture, addressing how these systems influence one another for lasting change.
That’s why I take a 1:1, personalized approach. Your story, your physiology, and even your busy schedule matter. Together, we’ll create lifestyle strategies and nutritional shifts that are not only effective but sustainable—helping you achieve your goals in a way that works for you.
